Cats N’ Mats with Lifestyle Focus Fitness

Join HSSW for a morning yoga practice lead by Lifestyle Focus Fitness and featuring some of our adoptable cats! Ages 10+ are welcome to join. It is preferred that you bring your own yoga mat with you, but we will have a few to borrow if needed.
