Cats N’ Mats with Lifestyle Focus Fitness

Join HSSW for a morning yoga practice lead by Lifestyle Focus Fitness and featuring some of our adoptable cats! Ages 12+ are welcome to join. It is preferred that you bring your own yoga mat with you, but we will have a few to borrow if needed.
There are only 12 spots available, so don’t wait to sign up! You can sign up by emailing lifestylefocusfitness@gmail.com. The cost is only $23 with $10 coming to HSSW as a donation!
