Sofie’s Gift Request Form

Sophie’s Gift was started by a community member with a huge heart! Sophie’s Gift is a program dedicated to giving back to the community by helping pets receive the veterinary care they need and relieving their owners of the financial burden of providing this care. This program is especially dedicated to helping owners cover the cost of surprise veterinary bills. If you are looking for help with a veterinary bill outside of your budget, please fill out the request form below.

If you are looking to schedule a low-cost wellness/annual visit, please visit us HERE. If the low-cost wellness/vaccine services are still outside your budget, please contact our Clinic Assistant, Hailey, at hbartlett@petsgohome.org. If you are looking to schedule a low-cost spay/neuter appointment, visit us HERE. If the low-cost spay/neuter services are still outside your budget, please contact our Surgery Team at surgery@petsgohome.org.
