Once orders are batched, the engraving company estimates 4-8 weeks for production and an additional 4-8 weeks for the batch to ship to us. We batch orders in early April each year and aim for an early summer install.

Yes, we can edit orders on your behalf any time prior to when we batch them (early April). This includes things like changing wording/spelling, adding/changing clip art, changing color choice, adding replica leather coasters, etc.

There are two size options – 4″x8″ and 12″x12″. The 4″x8″ are $250 and the 12″x12″ are $1,000.

There are also two color options – red and grey. 

You may also choose from a very large clip art selection to add to your design.

Yes, the engraving company offers vegan leather coaster replicas of brick/paver designs for $25 each. 

If you are looking at HSSW, the memorial patio is located on the right-hand side of the building. There are also benches and a picnic table near the patio that all are welcome to us.

Please note that HSSW is a smoke-free campus, meaning there is no smoking allowed on the memorial patio.

You will receive a confirmation email directly from the engraving company that your order has been placed right after you place your order. Additionally, you will receive an email from our Fundraising Coordinator once your brick/paver has arrived at HSSW and another email from her once your brick/paver is installed.
