How to Schedule an Appointment

  • To schedule a routine wellness/vaccine appointment, please click the ‘Schedule‘ button below.
    • Wellness services are largely preventative care tasks, like annual exams, routine vaccines, nail trims, etc.
    • If you are looking for care beyond typical preventative care, please reach out to us to see if it is something we can help you with before scheduling your appointment. For this, please contact our Clinic Assistant, Hailey, at hbartlett@petsgohome.org or via phone at 608-752-5622 ext. 111. Email is preferred.
  • When scheduling your appointment online, if you do not see any open timeslots to schedule your appointment, we are fully booked.
  • When scheduling your appointment, you will be charged a $39.04 deposit ($37+tax). This covers the cost of your exam fee and will be deducted from your total at the time of checkout. This price includes tax and the deposit is non-refundable.
    • For December appointments, this deposit will be $42.20 ($40+tax).
  • Please note that when you schedule your appointment online, we must ‘confirm’ the appointment on our end. Once confirmed, you will receive an email stating that your appointment is confirmed and including more details about your appointment.
    • Please allow 3-4 business days for this confirmation to take place.
  • In the unlikely event that we do not confirm your appointment, you will receive a message stating so and the reason for denial. Additionally, you will be refunded your deposit.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact our Clinic Assistant, Hailey, at hbartlett@petsgohome.org or call shelter at 608-752-5622 ext. 111. Email is preferred.

*Appointment slots are for ONE pet only. If you would like to bring more than one pet to your appointment, please make an appointment for each pet separately.*

What to Expect at your Appointment

  • When you arrive at your appointment, your pet must be contained and controlled. This is for the safety of your pet as well as any other pets that may be at HSSW at the time of your appointment.
    • This means that your dog must be on a non-retractable leash and/or your cat must be in a fully enclosed carrier. If you are unable to do so, we may be unable to see your pet for their appointment.
  • When you arrive, check in at the front desk. The staff will then let the clinic staff know that you are here and have you wait in our lobby.
  • Once the clinic staff is ready for you and your pet, they will come out to the lobby to greet you and bring you to the clinic room.
  • The clinic staff will then verify your services, perform those services, and collect payment for the services.
